Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare potatoes: Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Cook meatloaf mixture: Combine ground beef or turkey, garlic, onion, egg, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
