Quick and Easy Nut Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:

For the Base:

Ingredient Quantity
Digestive biscuits, crushed 350g
Peanuts, crushed 80g
Sugar 85g
Milk 90ml
Vanilla extract Dash
Cocoa powder 45g
Butter, melted 110g

For the Chocolate Topping:

Ingredient Quantity
Dark chocolate 90g
Avocado oil 30g
Ground peanuts, for garnish 70g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • Crush the digestive biscuits.
    • Combine crushed biscuits, peanuts, and sugar.
    • Mix milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder.
    • Add the milk mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
    • Mix until combined.
  2. Press into Pan:

    • Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
    • Refrigerate while preparing the topping.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Topping:

    • Melt dark chocolate with avocado oil.
    • Assemble and Chill:

      • Pour the chocolate topping over the base.
      • Sprinkle with ground peanuts.
      • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    • Serve and Enjoy:

      • Cut into squares or rectangles.
      • Serve chilled.
