Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Refrigerated biscuit dough 1 can (8-count)
Mozzarella cheese 8 ounces, cut into 12 cubes
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup, melted
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Dried Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Fresh parsley (optional) Chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half, forming 16 pieces.
  3. Stuff the dough: Flatten each piece of dough and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
  4. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    1. Coat the dough balls: Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it is well coated, then place it on the prepared baking sheet.
    2. Add the finishing touch: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the dough balls.
    3. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
    4. Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.

Enjoy these delightful cheese bombs and watch them disappear at your next gathering!
