Cooked chicken, shredded 2 cups
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup
Milk 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt and pepper To taste
Butter, melted (optional for brushing on top) 1 tablespoon
Fresh parsley (optional for garnish) As needed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well blended.
  3. Roll Out Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on a flat surface.
  4. Add Filling: Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll Up: Carefully roll the dough from the wide end to the point, ensuring that the filling stays tucked inside. Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Optional Butter Brush: For an extra golden touch, brush the top of each roll-up with melted butter.
  7. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.
  8. Garnish: If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the hot roll-ups for a burst of color and freshness.
