When collector\u00a0Randy Guijarro bought some old photos back in 2010, one in particular stood out to him: a black-and-white picture\u00a0of people playing croquet in the country side. He had no idea, however, just how significant that photo was.\u00a0Americana expert Kagin\u2019s Inc. recently confirmed that the people featured in the photo are none other than legendary outlaw Billy the Kid and his gang of Regulators.<\/p>\n

In 2011, a photo from 1880 featuring Billy the Kid\u00a0sold for $2.3 million<\/a>\u00a0at an auction. Guijarro\u2019s photo, which dates back to\u00a01878, is expected to fetch $5 million!\u00a0Jeff Aiello, the executive director of a new Billy the Kid documentary called \u201cBilly the Kid \u2013 New Evidence,\u201d\u00a0told Dale Yurong of ABC 30<\/a>\u00a0that this photograph is \u201cthe rarest photograph in the world.\u201d And here\u2019s the best part: the price Guijarro paid for this historic photo?
